Sarah Willacker
Sarah Willacker is the business manager and transaction coordinator at Stello Homes. She handles all day-to-day operations and administrative duties for the company. Sarah has been with Stello Homes since it was a one-man operation in Zach’s home office, and she is excited about the potential that the company has for growth. She loves having the ability to work one-on-one with clients and really get to know the people that Stello Homes serves. Outside of the office, Sarah loves cooking and spending lots of quality time with friends and family. Sarah has a degree in Communication from George Mason University.
Zach Costello on why Sarah: Sarah and I go back to our Jimmy Johns days. Sarah was an assistant manager at a store we took over from another owner and her work ethic and ability to learn things quickly made her an extremely valuable and reliable operations manager. We asked a lot of Sarah and she delivered. We needed her to take over and run the store herself and she learned how to do that at a high level in the span of about two months. This is incredibly fast and impressive especially when it comes to operating a restaurant which is no easy work. As Stello Homes grew I needed someone high quality to help run the back end of the business, and as our company transitioned completely out of the restaurant business we executed a plan for Sarah to fill that role, making Sarah employee #1 at Stello Homes. Sarah and everything she does to support the home pros at Stello Homes allows for us to execute the high level of service we strive to provide our clients.
